Mavala Acid Yellow swatches& review

Let the sunshine in with this vibrant yellow shade from Mavala. Acid yellow is hard to describe...it's yellow..duuuh, but seriously there is a lot going on in this polish, so check out the pics to see the stunning shimmers of this polish. The formula is excellent, it's getting kinda boring being so excited about this, but I have not had a mavala with bad formula. They are all awesome......This is 2 coats of yellow shiny-ness and I love a good yellow, yellow polishes are 100% fun! Have a fabulous day!

Laat de zon maar komen met deze zomerse gele lak van Mavala (als het goed is wordt het dinsdag weer zomer......) Acid Yellow is niet makkelijk te omschrijven dus dat laat ik aan de foto's over, erg gebeurt zoveel in verschillende lichtvallen met deze lak dus check de shimmer op de foto's (klik op de fotos voor een vergrote weergave en nog meer oooh's en aaaah's ;) De lak is uitstekend, het wordt bijna saai om te vertellen haha ik heb nog nooit een mavala lak gehad met een waardeloze textuur, ze zijn allemaal heel erg fijn....Dit zijn 2 laagjes gele glimmers en ik ben gek op een mooie gele lak, geel is 100% fun! Fijne dag!

This pretty dark purple shade is from Wic, the formula is awesome (sometimes I am a little afraid of those dark pigmented shades) and opaque and shiny with 2 coats. Have a great evening!

Deze mooie dieppaarse lak is van Wic, de lak is heerlijk (soms ben ik een beetje huiverig voor die hele diep gepigmenteerde kleuren) en dekt in 2 laagjes met een hoogglans finish. Fijne avond!

Collistar Carisma fall winter 2011-2012

This fall/winter Collistar has created the Carisma look that will color the coming seasons. There are some very nice items in this collection. The star products are 2 palettes for a complete look. The lipsticks look very stunning as well, deep violet or red, or pretty nude or brown lips. And of course let's not forget about the polishes....4 new shades...A matte green or blue (I think suede finish) or a vibrant red or chic grey will give your look a lovely finishing touch. For the eyes, there is a vibrant green mascara, yes green! Collistar zorgt ervoor dat we de aankomende herfst/winter kleurrijk door zullen komen. De Carisma collectie bevat hele mooie items voor een bijzondere look. De star items zijn 2 paletjes voor een complete make up look. Voor de lippen kan je kiezen uit opvallend (rood of violet) of bescheiden (nude of bruin). Uiteraard mogen we de nagels niet vergeten, maar liefst 4 mooie nieuwe tinten waaronder 2 matte lakken (ik denk suede finish) in het groen of blauw en een felrode of chic grijze cremelak. Voor de ogen is er een groene mascara, (ja je leest het goed groen) groen is uitermate geschikt om blauwe of hazelbruine ogen extra te accentueren. Ik ben gek op gekleurde mascara en draag nog zelden zwart. Butter me up from dashing diva is a stunning shimmery shade, but it dries semi matte, so you need a topcoat to bring out the bling. It's a very delicate shade and this goes with anything. Butter me up van dashing diva is een prachige shimmer, maar de lak droogt satijnmat, dus je hebt wel een topcoat nodig om die schittering naar voren te halen. Het is een mooie zachte kleur die overal mee te combineren is. Dit zijn volgens mij 2 laagjes (heb deze al een tijdje terug geswatched en ben mn notities kwijt...) Mia Secret crackle polishes coming soon

While doing my saturday shopping I spotted a color club crackle display at one of my favorite beauty spots.The bad news is most shades were sold out, but the good news is that they expect the Mia secret crackle polishes. To me this is a new brand, but I am always happy to try something new so I am really curious about these. Have you ever tried Mia secret polishes?

Tijdens het zaterdagshoppen spotte ik een color club crackle display bij de DA van Sloun in Bergeijk, helaas was het zo goed als leeg...dat was het slechte nieuws...het goede nieuws is dat ze binnenkort de crackles van Mia Secret binnenkrijgen. Mia secret is een voor mij nog onbekend merk, maar ik ben erg nieuwsgierig, dus ik hou je op de hoogte :) Ben jij wel al bekend met dit merk?

Catrice modern muse collection preview & enter wonderland swatches

Catrice is one of those brands which proves you can also find great quality in the drugstore. Their upcoming fall collection modern muse has 5 new shades of polish and 2 great lipstains and more great items. I am really looking forward to this collection. The names of the polishes are very cute as well, I am really curious about rusty but sexy, khaki perry and captain sparrow's boat :)

Catrice is een van de merken die maar mooi bewijst dat je ook in de drogist hele fijne cosmetica kan scoren. De aankomende herfstcollectie modern muse bevat onder andere 5 nieuwe lakken en 2 lipstains. Ik ben errug benieuwd naar deze collectie, vooral rusty but sexy, khaki perry en captain sparrows boat staan hoog op de verlanglijst, vind je de namen ook niet ontzettend grappig? :) Deze collectie is vanaf half Augustus verkrijgbaar bij het kruidvat.

This is a mani I simply adore, it's not a loud mani but subtle and still stunning (I am a walking contradiction) This is 3 coats of tickle my france-y and 2 gradient coats of Spark de triomphe. There is another set of Serena polishes coming up and this is the last one. The release will be during the US open (august) and the shades are Love is a Racket (shimmering red) and Pros and Bronze (bronze glitter). Sparitual is one of my favorite brands, the brand is vegan, animal friendly and they have some amazing shades. Greenhouse was part of a 2 polish set for earth day. Sparitual is een van mijn favoriete merken, dit merk is veganistisch, diervriendelijk en de collectie bevat hele mooie kleuren. Greenhouse zat samen met earth matters in een setje voor earth day. Scence polishes swatches

Good morning! Today I have two nice polishes for you from the brand scence, they have an awesome range of shades and these are the first 2 I would like to show you.

Paradise is a frosty coral shade, extremely vibrant and stunning. Does leave some brusstrokes but they fade out when the polish dries. And for those who don't know this yet...I loooooove frosty polishes :) This is 2 coats.

Goedemorgen! Vandaag heb ik 2 mooie lakken van een merk van eigen bodem die ik jullie graag wil laten zien. Scence heeft een hele mooie collectie lakken en dit zijn er vast 2 van :)

Paradise is een koraalkleurige frost, extreem fel en levendig. Deze laat wel wat brushstrokes achter maar die vervagen grotendeels als de lak droogt, bovendien ben ik GEK op frosts (mocht je het nog niet weten dan weet je het nu ;) Dit zijn 2 laagjes.

Petunia is a seafoam green polish with golden glow. Very dreamy and an excellent green shade. This is 2 coats and the formula is really nice.

Petunia is een mooie mintgroene shimmer met een warme gouden gloed. Een mooie dromerige tint groen. Dit zijn 2 laagjes en de lak werkt heel fijn.
